PRESENTING our PORTFOLIO of POTABLES

Vicious Fuzz Peach Berliner Weisse

October 22 2018

ABV 7%

Presenting our first house-brewed potable of the sour variety—“Vicious Fuzz” Peach Berliner Weisse. Everything is in good measure here with a vivacious ABV of 7% and inspiration–that is nothing short of diabolical–from over 400 sounds of beautiful, sweet, fuzzy peaches. Moderately sour with a healthy wheat base, Vicious Fuzz is, well—WICKED!

1812 Lager

October 15 2018

ABV 5%

Complicated times call for simple, straightforward beer. Introducing 1812 Lager, the newest addition to the growing family of Eli Fish Brewing Company house-brewed beers.

Slightly sweet and very lightly hopped, with favorable measures of 5% ABV and 10 IBUs, 1812 Lager eschews the heavily-hopped practices of the day, in favor simplicity of taste and ease of drinking.

Oktoberfest

September 28, 2018

ABV 6.5%

In honor of our first OktoberFest – Jon has brewed our first OkotberFest beer. In the style of a classic Bavarian Märzen Lager, you can expect a full-bodied maltiness, a little bit of spice, dryness and touch of hoppy bitterness on the finish.

You can also expect the first Eli Fish Brewing Company OktoberFest beer to be a new brewery favorite. Let’s hope Jon made a lot!

Two Timer Double IPA

September 10, 2018

ABV 8.5%

Introducing “Two Timer”– a kinda sweet, kinda spicy, Double IPA. Between you and me, it’s so good it’s scandalous. (But you didn’t hear that from me.) Notes of malt, pepper and citrus at the start, and slight bitter notes at the end. Oh yes–thats Two-Timer. The ABV of 8.5% is a gentle reminder that this beer isn’t to be trifled with. Once you’ve tried it you’ll want to talk about it.

But should you?
