One Timer

IPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.8% ABV.  45 IBU.  6 SRM.  One-Timer is a sessionable 5.8%, and uses a heavy dose of Sabro hops to emphasize distinct cedar and mint, something super unusual for a hop and this style.  Backed up with the West Coast favorite, Simcoe expands with the traditional fruity, earthy (and catty) flavors.

4.

Champagne Guapi: White

Gose

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

As one of our hottest series of beers this year, we fermented our El Guapo kettle-soured gose on a variety of New York grown grapes, highly carbonated, to give you a tart, sweet, and effervescent champagne-style sour.  Champagne Guapi: White uses only Aurore grapes, bringing out strong notes of green apple jolly rancher.

5.

Chivalry…or Something

Biere de Garde

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 7.8%. 20 IBU.  15 SRM.  Considered a farmhouse ale, though this is a clean rendition with German Ale yeast, it is like the saison and an oktoberfest met somewhere in the middle, where the whole became something greater than the sum of its parts.  Brewed with traditional French Strisselspalt hops, where a large percent of the malt bill is a light munich from New York Craft Malt, this is bready and effervescent with a medium body and plenty of flavor.

6.

Schwarzbier

Session Black Lager

Genesee Brewery | Rochester, NY

7.

El Guap-Oakes: Mojito

Gose

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5% ABV 1 IBU.  Another riff on our citrus inspired Gose series, El Guap-Oakes Mojito is our classic, lightly salted Gose, this time featuring fresh pressed cider from Leonard Oakes, along with lime juice and fresh ginger. Finally, a Mojito-style drink that’s crushable at just 5% alcohol. You just need to supply your own copper mug.

8.

Red Eye Gravy

Smoked Stout

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

8% ABV.  35 IBU.  31 SRM.
Red Eye Gravy is an homage to southern cooking. We started with a rich stout, including some custom plum smoked malt from New York Craft Malt.  We then topped it off with real maple syrup from Sage Family Maple, and a rich dark roasted coffee from Evening Star Coffee Roasters.  But to really finish off the gravy, we added whole pork bellies, cured, smoked and cooked in the Eli Fish kitchen.

9.

Gingerbread Winter Warmer

Winter Warmer

7.1% ABV
Brown ale with real ginger, allspice, and molasses

10.

Peanut Nitro Stout

Stout (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV. 45 IBU 45 SRM
This is a rich, full bodied, American Nitro Stout.  With a blend of chocolate wheat and chocolate malt to give a perfect balance of roast, body, and natural chocolate flavor.  This beer is simple, elegant, and to be blunt, great.  We aged this version on peanut flour.

11.

Norm!

Kolsch

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

4.9% ABV. 18 IBU. 3 SRM.  Hops.  Barley.  Water.  Rice.  A light beer.  We wanted to bring you an every day, every persons, casual light beer.  Norm is all that and more.  A hybrid of a German kolsch and American light lager, brewed with 100% New York pilsner malts, and America Noble Simcoe hops, Norm is crisp and refreshing, and as cold as the local mountain ranges.  On these winter nights, and thru each change of season- Norm will be there for you.

12.

Chasing the Moonlight

Cream Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.9% ABV 40 IBU 45 SRM
Chasing the Moonlight is a smooth, velvety, and sessionable Coffee and Cinnamon Milk Stout.  Costa Rican coffee from Glen Edith Coffee Roasters adds layers of bold cacao while a background of real Ceylon Cinnamon and lactose sends this into a dessert style beer without being overly cloying at all.  A blend of chocolate barley and chocolate wheat from New York Craft Malt creates a deep and rich stout balanced perfectly for any type of dark beer drinker.

13.

Champagne Guapi: Red

Gose

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

As one of our hottest series of beers this year, we fermented our El Guapo kettle-soured gose on a variety of New York grown grapes, highly carbonated, to give you a tart, sweet, and effervescent champagne-style sour.  Champagne Guapi: Red uses Frotenac and Marquette grapes, emphasizing the sweet cherry, black currant, and evens subtle vanilla notes in the grapes.

18.

Madame Edna

saison

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV.  25 IBU.  4 SRM
We’re making a return to our house saison, Madam Edna.  Golden hay-like color, with a soft bitterness from Saaz hops, this saison utilizes coriander, bitter orange peel, and seeds of paradise to emphasize the rich fruity banana and light clove of a saison yeast.  This was a crowd favorite last year and we are excited to brew it for you again.

19.

Eli Cream

Cream Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.8%.  IBU 20 Brewed with flaked corn, this is our interpretation of the cream ale.  The local base malts drive a sweet honey backbone, while the German noble hops add mild spice and floral notes.  This beer is full bodied yet crushable at the same time- we can’t wait to share one with you.

20.

Nitro ESB

Nitro ESB

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.6% IBU 34  SRM 9
This sessionable, clean, yet lightly malty and bitter ESB is almost too easy to drink.  Caramel malts add some wonderful body, while East Kent Golding hops add the familiar aromas of an English-style Bitter.  Poured on nitro, this is an homage to the true cask ales of the UK.
