Reverse Viking

Imperial Stout

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

11%
A Collaboration brew between Empire Brewing and Eli Fish.  Reverse Viking is an Imperial Stout fermented with Kveik yeast, and rested on over 150 pounds of toasted coconut.  The roasted malts were cold steeped to reduce bitterness and increase chocolate notes.  It is deceptively easy to drink.

5.

Festbier

Festbier

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6.3% ABV. 20 IBU. 5 SRM.
A style clearly having it’s day in the light, we’re also bringing you a festbier this year.  Oktoberfest’s blonde companion, this is what you’re more likely to find at any true Oktoberfest celebration.  Consider it a Pilsner with body- added biscuit and bready notes make it deceptively full bodied for how pale it may be.  A Festbier is a true celebration beer, and this year we’re having the party right here.

7.

Two Timer

IPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

8%
A throwback, to a beer of ours from last year, but also to all West Coast IPA’s of yesteryear.  Two-Timer is bittered hard with Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade, then Dry-Hopped aggressively with more of the same three hops.  This is a crisp, very dry IPA, with huge spice and floral notes on the finish.

8.

Red Eye Gravy

Smoked Stout

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

(Rising Storm Collaboration)  8% ABV.  35 IBU.  31 SRM.
Red Eye Gravy is an homage to southern cooking. We started with a rich stout, including some custom plum smoked malt from New York Craft Malt.  We then topped it off with real maple syrup from Sage Family Maple, and a rich dark roasted coffee from Evening Star Coffee Roasters.  But to really finish off the gravy, we added whole pork bellies, cured, smoked and cooked in the Eli Fish kitchen.  As the beer warms up, you get each of these flavors at different temperatures.  It is a truly unique experience.

9.

Azacca What I Need!

IPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV
Notes of orange rind and tropical fruits

10.

Nitro Stout

Stout (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV. 45 IBU 45 SRM
This is a rich, full bodied, American Nitro Stout.  With a blend of chocolate wheat and chocolate malt to give a perfect balance of roast, body, and natural chocolate flavor.  This beer is simple, elegant, and to be blunt, great.  For the drinker who doesn’t need bells and whistles and just loves a good stout, here it is.

11.

Skinny Atlas Light

Kölsch

Empire Brewing Co. | Syracuse, NY

ABV 5.3%
Light German Pilsner

12.

Dime Piece

NEIPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV 50 IBU 4 SRM
This New England Pale Ale utilizes wheat, malted oat, and even rye to create a mouthfeel softer than a pillow.  Hopped entirely with fresh Idaho 7 at a rate of over 4 pounds per barrel, this is a juicy dank pineapple haze bomb with one of our favorite hops.

13.

Brewer’s Wife

Blonde Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.2%
Blonde ale, refreshingly light and citrusy with a wheat finish.

14.

Crantastic Voyage

Berliner Weiss

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.5% ABV  1 IBU
This kettle sour is a full flavored Berliner Weisse packed with cranberries until the turkeys come home.  Though slightly tart with a subtle essence of curacao orange peel, this really is a showcase of cranberry, front and center.

15.

Motueka Bomb

NEIPA

Sloop Brewing, Elizaville NY

6.5%
IPA with Motueka hops

16.

Warm Blooded

Sour IPA

No BS Brew Company

5.7% ABV.  60 IBU A fun collab between No BS Brewing and Eli Fish has brought you this twist on the Berliner Weisse. Aggressively hopped like a NEIPA but dominated by the flavor of blood oranges. On cold days like today, we’d like to see you stay “Warm Blooded”

17.

Parmelee Porter

English-style Brown Porter

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.7% ABV. 30 IBU. 30 SRM.
A blend of New York grown pale malt, crystal malts, and chocolate malt, leads us to one of our most true to style beers yet.  This English-style brown porter is lightly bittered with Saaz hops.  Nutty, bready, and even toffee like, this is highly drinkable, as any pub-style porter should be.

18.

Madame Edna

saison

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

6% ABV.  25 IBU.  4 SRM
We’re making a return to our house saison, Madam Edna.  Golden hay-like color, with a soft bitterness from Saaz hops, this saison utilizes coriander, bitter orange peel, and seeds of paradise to emphasize the rich fruity banana and light clove of a saison yeast.  This was a crowd favorite last year and we are excited to brew it for you again.

19.

Eli Cream

Cream Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.8%.  IBU 20 Brewed with flaked corn, this is our interpretation of the cream ale.  The local base malts drive a sweet honey backbone, while the German noble hops add mild spice and floral notes.  This beer is full bodied yet crushable at the same time- we can’t wait to share one with you.

20.

Nitro ESB

Nitro ESB

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.6% IBU 34  SRM 9
This sessionable, clean, yet lightly malty and bitter ESB is almost too easy to drink.  Caramel malts add some wonderful body, while East Kent Golding hops add the familiar aromas of an English-style Bitter.  Poured on nitro, this is an homage to the true cask ales of the UK.
