Atomic Spritzer Bomb: Red

IPA

Sloop Brewing, Elizaville NY

8.5% Brewed w/ malbec grape must & hallertau blanc & mosaic hops, this DOUBLE IPA has fruity, grassy aromas on the nose & flavors of cantaloupe, papaya, & wine-like notes. Not just a bomb . . . this one’s atomic!

4.

Reverse Viking

Imperial Stout

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

11% A Collaboration brew between Empire Brewing and Eli Fish.  Reverse Viking is an Imperial Stout fermented with Kveik yeast, and rested on over 150 pounds of toasted coconut.  The roasted malts were cold steeped to reduce bitterness and increase chocolate notes.  It is deceptively easy to drink.

5.

Pilsner

Pilsner

Young Lion | Canandaigua, NY

ABV 5.2%

6.

Bliss

Double IPA

Thin Man | Buffalo, NY

7.

Two Timer

IPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

8% A throwback, to a beer of ours from last year, but also to all West Coast IPA’s of yesteryear.  TwoTimer is bittered hard with Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade, then Dry-Hopped aggressively with more of the same three hops.  This is a crisp, very dry IPA, with huge spice and floral notes on the finish.

8.

Pitter Patter

9.

Azacca What I Need!

10.

…It’s Sherbert Day

Blonde (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

7.4% ABV. 4 IBU. 3 SRM. Another nitro blonde to mess with your senses…We aged this beer on the zest from dozens of navel, blood, and mandarin oranges, and then rested it on vanilla.  Hoping to be reminiscent of a Creamsicle bar, this beer is definitely a dessert in a glass.

11.

Skinny Atlas Light

Kölsch

Empire Brewing Co. | Syracuse, NY

ABV 5.3%
Light German Pilsner

12.

Black Francis

Porter

Thin Man | Buffalo, NY

ABV 6.5% American Porter

13.

Brewer’s Wife

Blonde Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.2% Blonde ale, refreshingly light and citrusy with a wheat finish.

14.

Eli Cream

Cream Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.8% Brewed with local flaked corn, this is our interpretation of the cream ale.  The local base malts drive a sweet honey backbone, while the German Hallertau hops add mild spice and floral notes.  This beer is full bodied yet crushable at the same time- we can’t wait to share one with you.

15.

Otis the Fattest Bear

Imperial Stout

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

Brewed in collaboration with Thin Man, Otis the Fattest Bear is an 11.2% Imperial Stout, rested on maraschino cherries, and a bit of TCHO chocolate nibs.  The dark grains have been cold-steeped, and a decent amount of malted oats were used, creating a velvety smooth mouthfeel.  Once again, a deceptively drinkable imperial stout.

16.

Beyond Neptune

Sweet Beans (Nitro)

Blonde Ale (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

7.4% ABV
Beer poured on nitrogen doesn’t need to be dark…but this one might taste like it.  Our nitro blonde ale rested on Glen Edith Coffee, Ceylon Cinnamon, and a touch of Vanilla and Lactose, will fool your senses.  A blend of adjuncts built for a stout, but light enough for a summer refresher.  Sweet Beans is going to redefine what you think of beer served on nitrogen.
