Parmelee

Porter

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.7% ABV. 30 IBU. 30 SRM. A blend of New York grown pale malt, crystal malts, and chocolate malt, leads us to one of our most true to style beers yet.  This English-style brown porter is lightly bittered with Saaz hops.  Nutty, bready, and even toffee like, this is highly drinkable, as any pub-style porter should be.

9.

Azacca What I Need!

ABV 6% Notes of orange rind and tropical fruits

10.

…It’s Sherbert Day

Blonde (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

7.4% ABV. 4 IBU. 3 SRM. Another nitro blonde to mess with your senses…We aged this beer on the zest from dozens of navel, blood, and mandarin oranges, and then rested it on vanilla.  Hoping to be reminiscent of a Creamsicle bar, this beer is definitely a dessert in a glass.

Eli Cream

Cream Ale

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 5.8% Brewed with local flaked corn, this is our interpretation of the cream ale.  The local base malts drive a sweet honey backbone, while the German Hallertau hops add mild spice and floral notes.  This beer is full bodied yet crushable at the same time- we can’t wait to share one with you.

15.

Space Dream

17.

Placebo Pilz

Wheat Beer

Southern Tier | Lakewood, NY

5.4% This is our traditional German Pilsner, brewed with 100% New York grown Pilsner malt, and Czech Saaz hops.  Crisp, refreshing, and just in time for July 4th- come take a few crowlers home with you for the holiday.

18.

Vienna Lager

Vienna Lager

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

5.9% ABV. 20 IBU. 11 SRM. We couldn’t wait for October any longer, so we decided to bring you our summer version of an Oktoberfest, a true Vienna-style Lager.  Brewed with nearly 100% local Vienna malt brings as much bready, toasty goodness as you can fit into a pint that is still light and crushable.  Call it an Amber if you must.  We’ll just call it delicious.

19.

Exogenesis

Sour IPA

Finback | Queens, NY

7.1% ABV

20.

Sweet Beans (Nitro)

Blonde Ale (Nitro)

Eli Fish Brewing | Batavia, NY

7.4% ABV
Beer poured on nitrogen doesn’t need to be dark…but this one might taste like it.  Our nitro blonde ale rested on Glen Edith Coffee, Ceylon Cinnamon, and a touch of Vanilla and Lactose, will fool your senses.  A blend of adjuncts built for a stout, but light enough for a summer refresher.  Sweet Beans is going to redefine what you think of beer served on nitrogen.
