Super Vicious Fuzz

Berliner Weiss / Sour IPA

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 6%. 20 IBU. We loved Vicious Fuzz, but thought- Hey how can we take this Imperial Berliner Weisse to the next level?  What if we mashed in with rhubarb, graham crackers, and vanilla wafers?  Or what if we added apricots along with the peaches?  Then what if we whirlpooled and dry hopped with Citra and Huell Melon, and then rested it on vanilla?  What if we did all of that, and called it Super Vicious Fuzz.  So we did.

Pillow Talk

Witbier

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

ABV 4.7%
The Belgian Witbier- or White Beer- is a classic style for when the weather turns to spring.  Soft white wheat, raw wheat, and oats give this Witbier an exceptionally pillowy mouthfeel and golden haze.  This Beer is playfully tart, yet the honey and fruit notes come from the traditional yeast, as well as the orange peel, coriander, and the more obscure grains of paradise.

Parmelee

Porter

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, NY

5.7% ABV. 30 IBU. 30 SRM. A blend of New York grown pale malt, crystal malts, and chocolate malt, leads us to one of our most true to style beers yet.  This English-style brown porter is lightly bittered with Saaz hops.  Nutty, bready, and even toffee like, this is highly drinkable, as any pub-style porter should be.

16.

El Guapo

Gose

Eli Fish Brewing Co. | Batavia, N.Y

ABV 4.7%
We took a kettle-soured traditional German Gose, and packaged it with copious amounts of key lime juice.  Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, this is a true margarita beer- refreshingly tart, lime forward, and a hint of salt.  Try it on it’s own, or as a beer cocktail.
